Serve Samman is an ISO certified non-profit NGO, registered under Indian Trust Act, 1882, 12A and 80G (5) (vi) of The Income Tax Act, 1961, Foreign Contribution (Regulation) (FCRA) Act, 2010 and also registered in NGO Darpan of Government of India. Our Mission

Our mission is to create a safer environment for the weaker sections of society by providing them with the resources to acquire the right skill set. Further, we wish to bring about valuable changes by contributing towards the betterment of health, nutrition and education of the underprivileged community. Empowerment of women from weaker sections of society by providing them with education, vocational training, healthcare, counselling and motivation is extremely important to us. We make use of our funds by allocating them to the essential causes in a judicious and transparent manner.

Our Team

Our entire Governing Board works tirelessly towards making a difference in the lives of the underprivileged. Even though they all have reached the peaks of their careers, and are near retirement/retired, they have made it their mission to help others through Serve Samman. Having realized their social responsibility and sharing a common vision, our Governing Board comes together to create a change in society. Coming from different professional backgrounds, they all contribute to the cause in their special way. Each member plays a significant role and heads a different department at Serve Samman.
Dipak Khanna

Mr. Khanna took to the path of spirituality, after quitting his export business, to took for inner peace. With this mission in mind, he founded Serve Samman, an NGO now focused on helping the weaker sections of society.

Rajeev Bajaj
Mr. Rajeev Bajaj Tech evangelist with 35+ years of experience , with innovation acumen, ability to design and execute strategies. Have built and sustained businesses in the arena of Loss Prevention , Safety , Security and Operational efficiency. Enterprising, ambitious, knowledgeable and performance driven professional with a proven record of devising strategies and managing change.
Dr. Rachna Khanna Singh
Dr. Rachna Khanna Singh A mental health professional with a medical background focused on providing individual, group and corporate counselling with a strong focus on Hospital and Clinical care. She is Heading the Department of Holistic Medicine and Psychology in Artemis Health Institute, Gurgaon. Having achieved proficiency as corporate health care consultant, she has been associated with over 150 leading corporate houses of the country focusing on stress management and soft skills training.
Dr. Suversha Khanna
She founded Dharamshila Hospital and Research Centre in 1994 and is actively involved in ensuring continuous quality improvement of the hospital. Her journey from a paediatrician to a crusader started when her father was battling with Stage IV prostate cancer from 1981-1988. There was no Cancer hospital in Delhi at that time which could provide him and the family with proper treatment solace. All they heard was “nothing can be done”. After his death, Dr. Khanna wanted to change the cancer scenario in India and create facilities for cancer-stricken patients and their families which were not available to her father.
Bhawana Chainani (Lawyer)

She has successfully worked with multinationals for the past 15 years, such as GAP and JCPenney and has been a keen investor towards the enhancement of society by giving a part of her income towards the education of underprivileged children. Bhawna was actively involved in Coordinating the event for bringing together the privileged and underprivileged children together for equality. She strongly believes in women liberalization and the need to do something with the increasing crime rate against women & children in the country.

Dr. Shushil Chaudhary (President) I Care Hospital (Noida, UP)
The founder and Director of I Care Eye Hospital & Postgraduate Institute provides for those needy and elderly rural millions plus who move not least they stumble. His dream is to bring succor to the weak-sighted people and his achievements is a tribute to his unstinted, dedicated pursuit of uplifting the poor.

Where we work

We work closely with your company framework to help you comply, supported by SOP’s , Programs & Strategies for effective implementation and monitoring.

All donations are exempt from tax under the section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
